Ethical Guidelines for Authors:

• The researchers should adhere to the instructions and publishing rules established by the journal.
• Authors must righteously follow proper citation and intellectual property rights requirements.
• The researcher avoids giving any false data about his academic degrees and professional or academic affiliations.
• The corresponding author must obtain named co-authors' approval for publication and be named as a co-author.
• Research published in this journal reflects the views of the authors and does not necessarily reflect those of the editorial board. Authors are fully responsible for the content of the research and for disclosing any professional or financial conflicts of interest that may arise from the research.
• The researcher should avoid abuse or defamation of third parties under full legal responsibility.
• It should be referred to the sponsor or the hosting institution of the research as a scientific reference.
• Integrity and honesty must be considered when presenting and discussing research results without exaggeration.
• It is forbidden to hide some of the results or vaguely display them in a published scientific paper.
• Authors unconditionally acknowledge that the article was not previously, in part or in whole, in any other form or language, and that the article has not and will not be submitted, in part or in whole, to any other journal while still under review for this journal. If accepted, the article shall not be published elsewhere, in part or in whole, in any other form or language without the prior written consent of the publisher.
• The researcher should be ready to accountably, transparently, and sufficiently respond to all possible inquiries concerning the study's procedures, results, and recommendations.
• It is necessary to acknowledge the donor/financial sponsor of the research project if there is any.
• The author has to refer to previous studies that may have concluded with different conflicting results to the results of the submitted article.
• Equality and respect in dealing with other researchers and research subjects should be considered and not discrimination between them. The participants in the research have the right of keeping the confidentiality and privacy of the data and information collected from them, and to be utilized solely for scientific purposes.

Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers:

• Peer reviewers should consider the confidentiality of the article under review, not discuss any of its details with others before its final publication, as well as, not communicate directly with the author regarding his research without prior approval and permission of the journal management. In all cases, peer reviewers may not exploit or benefit from the article under review in any way for personal or others.
• Peer reviewers must notify the editorial board if they do not have the relevant required expertise required to review the article, or if they are able to review a part of it, with a clear determination of that part for which they have the relevant expertise.
• Peer reviewers should respond in no more than two weeks of receiving the article, particularly if they would reject doing the review, and without intentional delay.
• Peer reviewers must provide specified comments and suggestions concerning the article overall a study in accordance with the criteria of scientific research arbitration.
• Peer reviewers must notify the editorial board of any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their impartiality and objectivity.

Ethical Guidelines for Editors:

• Editors must perform their duties by fulfilling the utmost fairness, integrity, and objectivity, according to the ethics of research and scientific publishing. They must also allow authors a reasonable opportunity to respond to reviewers' comments.
• Editors must ensure articles' quality, and send them for peer review by reviewers who are suitably qualified within the specialization of the article.
• Editors, provided that well-reasoned justification is given, must respect and positively respond to authors' requests to exclude a certain reviewer.
• Before accepting submissions for review, editors must also require reviewers to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
