Abstract English
The one who examines the books of jurists notes that the provisions of jurisprudence cover all aspects of life, and that they deal with whatever issues he finds. He also notes that the jurists pay attention to psychological traits and conditions. Which may have affected the behavior of the taxpayer, such as his behavior in the event of severe anger by swearing an oath, divorce or manumission, and the like.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه، أما بعدفإن الناظر في کتب الفقهاء يلحظ شمول أحکام الفقه لجوانب الحياة کافة، ومعالجتها لما يجدُّ من قضايا، کما يلحظ التفاتَ الفقهاء إلى الصفات والأحوال النفسية؛ التي ربما أثرت في تصرف المکلف، کتصرفاته في حال شدة الغضب باليمين أو الطلاق أو العتاق ونحو ذلک.
