Abstract English

This research deals with the report grammatical provisions in the grammatical controversy between al-ashmouni and Ibn malik in the book "explanation of ashmouni on alfia Ibn malik in 900. The researcher was exposed to the evidence or references adopted by ashmouni in approving the grammatical provisions in the areas of dispute and researching on how to use ashmouni grammatical guide and using it in the determination of grammatical rule or weighting the opinion of grammar on another or even his response and objecting to its reasoning. This research focuses on the study of the hearing and measurement guides and their role in approving grammatical judgments. This topic is divided into two theoretical and applied subjects. The research dealt in theoretical the concept of the report of grammatical judgment and the concept of grammatical controversy and some of its canses and the concept of hearing and measurement. The researcher deals in the applied research references adopted by ashmouni in his offenses to the son of malik represented by the hearing and measurement. The researcher mentioned some of the anestions in which al-ashmouni disagreed with the son of malik and his references was hearing or measuring.

الملخص العربي

يتناول هذا البحث تقرير الأحکام النحوية في مواضع الخلاف النحوي بين الأشموني وابن مالک في کتاب "شرح الأشموني على ألفية ابن مالک" لأبي الحسن نور الدين الأشموني 900هـ. ويهدف الباحث فيه إلى بيان الأدلة أو المرجعيات التي اعتمدها الأشموني في إقراره للأحکام النحوية في مواطن الخلاف، والبحث في کيفية استعمال الأشموني للدليل النحوي، وتوظيفه له في تقرير حکم نحوي أو ترجيح رأي نحوي على آخر أو حتى رده والاعتراض على الاستدلال به. ويرکز هذا البحث دراسته على دليلي السماع والقياس وبيان دورهما في إقرار الأحکام النحوية.ينقسم هذا البحث إلى مبحثين: مبحث نظري، وآخر تطبيقي؛ فأما المبحث النظري فقد تناول الباحث فيه مفهوم تقرير الحکم النحوي، ومفهوم الخلاف النحوي وبعض أسبابه، ومفهوم السماع والقياس. أما المبحث التطبيقي فتناول الباحث فيه المرجعيات التي اعتمدها الأشموني في مخالفاته لابن مالک، والمتمثلة بالسماع والقياس، فذکر الباحث بعض المسائل التي خالف فيها الأشموني ابن مالک–وکانت مرجعيته السماع أو القياس- وذلک على سبيل المثال لا الحصر؛ لمعرفة مدى اعتماده هذين الدليلين في تقرير الأحکام النحوية.
