Abstract English

Abstract.The Scholar Faqih Ibn Mansur al-Ibiri, (d. 312 AH / 924 CE), was one of the trustworthy Maliki sheikhs from whom knowledge was transmitted, and many Andalusian students of knowledge have studied with him. So they heard from him the books of Maliki jurisprudence, and the Musnad of Ibn Sanjar al-Gurgani, Incoming Egypt, and the narrations of Ibn Suwayya and al-Baghawi, which are missing, and then they told their students about them about their aspects and it was published there. Nevertheless, Ibn Mansur al-Ibiri did not receive his amount of attention commensurate with his scientific value. The study aims to highlight the features of his role in the scientific life of Andalusia, and its impact on shaping the culture of his students from the last third of the third century until the beginning of the fourth century AH, which qualified some of them to become prominent scholars in their respective fields

ملخص کان الفقيه المُحدث ابن منصور الإلبيري المعروف بابن عَمْرِيل (ت312ه/924م)، من شيوخ المالکية الثقات الذين نقل عنهم العلم، وقد تتلمذ عليه کثير من طلاب العلم الأندلسيين. فسمعوا منه کتب الفقه المالکي، ومُسْنَد ابن سَنْجَر الجُرجاني نزيل مصر ومرويات ابن سوية والبغوي، وهى مفقودة، ثم حدّثوا بها تلاميذهم بنواحيهم فذاعت هناک. ومع ذلک لم ينل ابن منصور الإلبيري قدره من الاهتمام الذي يتناسب وقيمته العلمية. وتستهدف الدراسة إبراز ملامح دوره في الحياة العلمية بالأندلس، وأثره في تشکيل ثقافة تلاميذه منذ الثلث الأخير من القرن الثالث حتى مستهل القرن الرابع الهجريين، مما أهّل بعضهم ليصبحوا من أبرز المحدثين بنواحيهم.
