Abstract English
This paper deals with the topic of "Questioning between Evaluative Argumentation and Fallacy: A Study of Grammar Thinking", through discussing two main points: the role of questioning in evaluative argumentation in grammar thinking, and questioning and fallacy in grammar thinking. It aims to link what Michael Meyer presented in the questioning theory (which states that the whole thought is based on questioning, whether explicitly or implicitly, and that without questioning one cannot be involved in a discussion) and what the Arab grammarians have presented in all levels of setting grammatical rules such as orientation, explanation, etc. It also aims to indicate when questioning can be evaluative argumentation and when it can be a fallacy Based on this descriptive analytical approach .The study found that Arabic grammar, in its intellectual structure, is based on questioning which is a form of persuasive argumentation even if it sometimes turns to be a fallacy.
الملخص العربي
يعالج هذا البحث موضوع" المساءلة بين الحجاج التقويمي والمغالطة دراسة في التفکير النحوي" ويقع في محورين أولهما: المساءلة ودورها في الحجاج التقويمي في التفکير النحوي، وثانيهما: المساءلة والمغالطة في التفکير النحوي، ويهدف إلى الربط بين ما قدمه اللساني ميشيل ماير في نظرية المساءلة( والتي تنص على أن الفکر کله قائم على السؤال سواء أکان مظهرا أم مضمرا، وأننا دون سؤال نکون خارج النقاش) وبين ما قدمه النحاة العرب في کل مستويات التقعيد النحوي توجيها وتفسيرا وتعليلا...إلخ من إثارة الأشکلة تجاه القضية المعروضة، کما يهدف إلى بيان متى يکون السؤال في سياق الفنقلات حجاجا تقويميا ومتى يکون مغالطيا؟ معتمدا في ذلک على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل البحث إلى أن النحو العربي قائم في بنيته الفکرية على المساءلة وهي مظهر من مظاهر الحجاج الإقناعي، وإن خرجت في بعض سياقاتها إلى المغالطة.
