Abstract English

Abstract: The current study started from a basic concept in foreign writings on the study of Geomorphosites, where the study aims to reveal the geomorphological features of the site of the city of Galala with the aim of determining to what extent it is considered a Geomorphosites? and whether man was able to take advantage of the geomorphological value that characterizes the location of the city to achieve its goals in a manner that preserves On this site as a geomorphological heritage?, the study dealt with a presentation of the geological, climatic and geomorphological features that characterize the study area. The area was evaluated in terms of geomorphology and the geomorphological implications of the nature of human exploitation of the area The study also dealt with the human role as a geomorphological factor, with an assessment of the human exploitation of the site in order to determine the degrees of safety and hazards associated with the nature of this exploitation. The study used a number of data sources represented in some topographic and geological maps, digital maps and the digital elevation model. The study ended with a number of important results, including that the site of the city of Galala has many elements that promote it to be a Geomorphosites where a number of criteria have been applied that reveal The extent of its geomorphological value, and the results concluded that the site has a value of 70.27%.

الملخص العربي

انطلقت الدراسة الراهنة من مفهوم أساسي في الکتابات الأجنبية حول دراسة المواقع ذات القيمة Geomorphosites حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى الکشف عن المقومات الجيومورفولوجية لموقع مدينة الجلالة بهدف تحديد إلى أي مدي يعد موقعا ذو قيمة؟ وهل استطاع الانسان الاستفادة من القيمة الجيومورفولوجية التي تميز موضع المدينة لتحقيق أهدافه بما يحافظ على هذا الموضع باعتباره تراثاً جيومورفولوجيا؟، وقد تناولت الدراسة عرض للمقومات الجيولوجية والمناخية والجيومورفولوجية التي تتسم بها منطقة الدراسة وقد تم تقييم المنطقة من الناحية الجيومورفولوجية والانعکاسات الجيومورفولوجية علي طبيعة استغلال الانسان للمنطقة کما تناولت الدراسة دور الانسان کعامل جيومورفولوجي مع وضع تقييم لاستغلال الانسان للموقع بهدف تحديد درجات الأمان والخطورة المرتبطة بطبيعة هذا الاستغلال. وقد استخدمت الدراسة عدداً من مصادر البيانات تمثلت في بعض الخرائط الطبوغرافية والجيولوجية والخرائط الرقمية ونموذج الارتفاع الرقمي وقد انتهت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج المهمة منها أن موقع مدينة الجلالة يتمتع بعديد من المقومات التي ترقي به أن يکون موقعاً ذو قيمة حيث تم تطبيق عدداً من المعايير التي تکشف مدي قيمته من الناحية الجيومورفولوجية وخلصت النتائج بأن الموقع ذو قيمة بنسبة 70.27%.
