Abstract English

A human being is a social creature, communicative in nature, living in societies that are compatible or socially, culturally and linguistically diverse, so he needs others to deal with him in order to understand, coexist and benefit from each other scientifically, culturally and professionally. To serve these ends, man has created for himself various and varied means, and "language" is the best, highest and most effective means of communication. Language is a means of communication, communication, understanding and coexistence to serve the communicative process, which is unique to man without other creatures, being one of the most important means used by man to express his experiences, feelings, opinions, knowledge and sciences. This basic function of language is manifested in communication, Using this function. Communication was therefore a very important element in human, scientific, cultural and civilizational life. Life itself continues. Communication is a necessary cultural act of peoples and societies. It means sharing, cooperation and consultation with one another for coexistence, exchange of science and knowledge with others, and understanding among themselves through a number of linguistic and non-linguistic means of communication. In this age, communication is becoming increasingly important due to the great shift in communication attitudes. It has been the technology of modernity, especially the space media, the global network, and the various means of social communication. The most important modern means of communication are: the book, newspaper, posters, mail, photographs, radio, television, web, e-mail, social media (Facebook, Astragam, Snab Chat. Communication skills: speaking, reading, listening, writing. This research contributes to the dissemination of communicative awareness, and highlights the importance of linguistic communication; in order to continue to meet cultural and cultural communities through language; because it is the most important means of communication and communication. This paper will present three research topics as follows: The first topic: The researcher will discuss the language and its definition, importance, status, and how it is one of the most important means of communication. The second topic: The researcher will address the concept of communication, types of communication, and means of linguistic and social communication. The third topic: The researcher will take the language as a means of communication across cultures. The search will then conclude with the results, references to the search, and general indexes. الملخص العربي

الإنسان مخلوق اجتماعي تواصلي بطبعه، يعيش داخل مجتمعات متوافقة أو متنوعة اجتماعيًّا وثقافيًّا ولغويًّا، فهو إذن بحاجة إلى غيره ليتعامل معه من أجل التفاهم والتعايش والاستفادة من الآخر علميًّا وثقافيًّا ومهنيًّا. وخدمة لهذه الغايات، أوجد الإنسان لنفسه وسائل متنوعة ومتعددة، وکانت" اللغة" هي الوسيلة المثلى والعليا والأکثر فعالية في التواصل. فاللغة وسيلة اتصال وتواصل وتفاهم وتعايش لما يخدم العمليَّة الاتصالية، يتفرد بها الإنسان دون غيره من المخلوقات کونها من أبرز الوسائل التي يستعملها الإنسان للتعبير عن خبراته ومشاعره وآرائه ومعارفه وعلومه، وتتجلى هذه الوظيفة الأساسيَّة للغة في الاتصال (communication) خاصة، فهي من أکثر الوسائل المتاحة استعمالا لهذه الوظيفة. والتواصل هو فعل حضاري ضروري لدى الشعوب والمجتمعات، وهو يعني التشارک، والتعاون، والتشاور مع الآخر من أجل التعايش، وتبادل العلوم والمعارف مع الغير، والتفاهم فيما بينهم عبر عدد من وسائل الاتصال اللغوية وغير اللغوية. وأهم وسائل التواصل اللغوي الحديث: الکتاب، الصحيفة، الملصقات، البريد، الصور الفوتوغرافية، الراديو، التلفاز، الشبکة العالمية، البريد الإلکتروني، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيس بوک، الإستغرام، السناب شات، الوتسآب، برامج التواصل الإلکترونية ... وغيرها).ويأتي هذا البحث ليسهم في نشر الوعي الاتصالي، ويبرز أهميَّة التواصل اللغوي؛ من أجل الاستمرار في الالتقاء الحضاري والثقافي بين المجتمعات عبر اللغة؛ لأنها أهم وسيلة اتصال وتواصل. وسيعرض هذا البحث لثلاثة مباحث على النحو التالي: الأول: الحديث عن اللغة وتعريفها، وأهميتها، ومکانتها، وکيف أنَّها وسيلة من أهم وسائل التواصل. الثاني: مفهوم التواصل، وأنواع التواصل، ووسائل التواصل اللغوي والاجتماعي. الثالث: اللغة وسيلة للتواصل عبر الثقافات. ثم النتائج فالمراجع فالفهرس
