SummaryJamal al-Din al-Isnawi, author of the book al-Kawkab al-Dari on how to graduate the jurisprudential branches on grammatical issues, is considered the first to write a book that combines grammar and jurisprudence, as mentioned by more than one of the researchers, and because this type of classification needs the author’s mastery of the two sciences about which he is about to write. الملخصيعد جمال الدين الإسنوي مؤلِّف کتاب الکوکب الدري في کيفية تخريج الفروع الفقهية على المسائل النحوية أول من صنَّف کتابا جامعا بين النحو والفقه کما ذکر ذلک غير واحد من الباحثين، ولأن هذا النوع من التصنيف يحتاج إلى تمکّن المؤلف من العلمين اللذين هو بصدد الکتابة عنهما جاء هذا البحث ليعنى بإظهار الجوانب النحوية عند الإمام جمال الدين الإسنوي في کتابه الکوکب الدري في تخريج الفروع الفقهية على الأصول النحوية؛ وذلک ببيان مذهبه النحوي، ومصادره النحوية التي اعتمد عليها، والوقوف على شيء من اختياراته النحوية، وبيان کيفية تعامله مع الأصول النحوية التي استخدمها في ترجيحاته واختياراته وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث؛ فالتمهيد جعلته للحديث عن الإمام الإسنوي، وعن کتابه الکوکب الدري، وأما المبحث الأول فجعلته للحديث عن مذهبه النحوي، ومصادره النحوية، وأما المبحث الثاني فجعلته لاختيارات الإسنوي النحوية ، وأما المبحث الثالث فجعلته للحديث عن الأصول النحوية عند الإسنوي، ثم أعقبت ذلک بخاتمة ذکرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.
