Abstract English
The association of science with democracy as a value is not just a branch of knowledge linked to political democracy, but we will find that with the association of knowledge and politics, it will result in results and theories that are more interested in human values and ethics, closer to the marginalized, more recognizing different cultures, more acknowledgment of diversity and different theories and opposition to each other.The link between science and democracy will be through the value contents that democracy acknowledges and believes in, such as equality and difference, rejection of fanaticism, giving way to pluralism and acknowledgment of the opinion and the other opinion, and the necessity of interaction, partnership and exchange between outsiders and insiders, i.e. between insiders (scholars) and outsiders (public people), and we will meet with During this study, foreign publications explicitly address science and democracy, and the large number of these publications indicate the importance and value of our subject, and even our urgent need for it within the philosophy of science.
الملخص العربي
ارتباط العلم بالديمقراطية بوصفها قيمة ليس مجرد ارتباط فرعِ من فروع المعرفة بالديمقراطية السياسية، وإنما سنجد أن ارتباط المعرفي والسياسي سينتج عنه نتائج ونظريات أکثر اهتماماً بالقيم والأخلاقيات الإنسانية وأکثر اقتراباً من المهشمين وأکثر اعترافا بالثقافات المغايرة وأکثر إقراراً بالتنوع والنظريات المختلفة والمعارضة لبعضها البعض.ارتباط العلم بالديمقراطية سوف يکون من خلال المضامين القيمية التي تقر وتؤمن بها الديمقراطية مثل المساواة والاختلاف ونبذ التعصب وإفساح المجال للتعددية والاعتراف بالرأي والرأي الآخر، وضرورة التفاعل والتشارک والتبادل بين الخارجين والداخلين، أي بين الداخلين ( العلماء) والخارجين ( العامة من الناس ). وسوف يقابلنا خلال هذا البحث مؤلفات أجنبية معنونة صراحةً بالعلم والديمقراطية وکثرة هذه المؤلفات إنما تدل على أهمية وقيمة موضوعنا بل وحاجتنا الملحة إليه بداخل فلسفة العلم .إذن بداخل ارتباط العلم والديمقراطية سوف نتجاوز المعنى السياسي التقليدي للديمقراطية الذي يدور حول نظم الحکم في الدول وإدارتها، والعلاقة التي تجمع الشعوب بمن يمثلهم أو من ينوب عنهم سياسياً، وسيکون الترکيز على المعنى الاجتماعي للديمقراطية من حيث أنها دعوة نحو المشارکة والتفاعل الفکري دفاعاً وإيماناً منها بحرية الرأي والتفکير ومن ثم تغدو الديمقراطية قيمة وليست نظام حکم.
