Abstract English

This paper is considered as a social observatory of the economic and social repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on the family sector and the reflection of its effects on the life experiences of the family, which represents a main pillar and a common intersection point between the various societal systems.The economic effects were embodied on many sectors, especially the file of sustainable development and social protection systems for the affected groups, and the levels of resilience and flexibility of the systems within the country decreased.The paper discussed the economic repercussions in terms of: the impact of the Corona crisis on the economic dimension of the goals of sustainability in the world, stopping or disrupting the movement of sectors, a significant decrease in daily operational flows, realizing losses, rising sovereign debt, high unemployment rates and increasing poverty rates.The social repercussions included: the impact of the Corona crisis on the social dimension of sustainability goals in the world, the impact on quality education, the impact on the goal of good health and well-being, the absorption of digital platforms for the psychological and mental effects of the pandemic, the variation in risk management skills, the impact of the pandemic on the elderly in families, Support and social protection programs change household consumption patterns and the multiplicity of jobs and roles within the home

الملخص العربي

تُعد هذه الورقة بمثابة مرصد اجتماعي للتداعيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لجائحة COVID-19 على القطاع الأسري وانعكاس تأثيــراتها علــى الخبــرات والتجـارب الحياتيـة للأسـرة التـي تمثـل ركيـزة أساسـية ونقطـة تقاطـع مشـترك بيـن مختلـف الأنساق المجتمعية .وتجسدت التأثيرات الاقتصادية على العديد من القطاعات وخاصة بملف التنمية المستدامة وأنظمة الحماية الاجتماعية للفئات المتضررة وقلت مستويات الصمود والمرونة لدي الأنظمة داخل الدولة .وناقشت الورقة التداعيات الاقتصادية من حيث : أثر أزمة كورونا على البعد الاقتصادي لأهداف الإستدامة في العالم ، توقف أو تعطيل حركة القطاعات ، انخفاض كبير في التدفُقات اليومية التشغيلية، تحقيق خسائر ، ارتفاع الديون السيادية ،ارتفاع معدلات البطالة و زيادة معدلات الفقر.وتضمنت التداعيات الاجتماعية كل من : أثر أزمة كورونا على البعد الاجتماعي لأهداف الاستدامة في العالم ، التأثير على التعليم الجيد ، التأثير على هدف الصحة الجيدة والرفاه، امتصاص المنصات الرقمية للتأثيرات النفسية والعقلية للجائحة ، تباين مهارات إدارة المخاطر، تأثير الجائحة على كبار السن في الأسر ، المساندة وبرامج الحماية الاجتماعية ، تغيرأنماط الاستهلاك الأسري وتعدد الوظائف والأدوار داخل المسكن.الكلمات المفتاحية : التداعيات الاقتصادية الاجتماعية – جائحة كوفيد -19- القطاع الأسري .
