Abstract English

The issue of annexing the state of Mosul to Iraq took legal and historical dimensions and political disputes over the annexation of the state, especially after the assurances that the region contains huge amounts of oil, which was later proven, and this region is now considered one of the richest areas in the world with oil fields and wells, but this dispute was resolved by the League of Nations, which used the legal opinion of the International Court of Justice after it went great strides in trying to resolve the conflict over the issue of annexing Mosul between Turkey, Iraq and Britain.The issue of annexing the state of Mosul to Iraq took legal and historical dimensions and political disputes over the annexation of the state, especially after the assurances that the region contains huge amounts of oil, which was later proven, and this region is now considered one of the richest areas in the world with oil fields and wells, but this dispute was resolved by the League of Nations, which used the legal opinion of the International Court of Justice after it went great strides in trying to resolve the conflict over the issue of annexing Mosul between Turkey, Iraq and Britain.

الملخص العربي

اخذت مسألة ضم ولاية الموصل للعراق ابعاد قانونية وتاريخية ومناكفات سياسية على ضم الولاية خاصة بعد التأكيدات بأحتواء المنطقة على كميات هائلة من النفط وهو ماثبت لاحقاً، وتعتبر هذا المنطقة الان من اغنى المناطق في العالم بحقول وابار النفط، لكن هذا الخلاف تم حسمه من عصبة الامم المتحدة التي استعانت بالرأي القانوني لمحكمة العدل الدولية بعد ان مضت اشواط كبيرة في محاولة حسم الصراع على مسألة ضم الموصل بين تركيا والعراق وبريطانيا.اخذت مسألة ضم ولاية الموصل للعراق ابعاد قانونية وتاريخية ومناكفات سياسية على ضم الولاية خاصة بعد التأكيدات بأحتواء المنطقة على كميات هائلة من النفط وهو ماثبت لاحقاً، وتعتبر هذا المنطقة الان من اغنى المناطق في العالم بحقول وابار النفط، لكن هذا الخلاف تم حسمه من عصبة الامم المتحدة التي استعانت بالرأي القانوني لمحكمة العدل الدولية بعد ان مضت اشواط كبيرة في محاولة حسم الصراع على مسألة ضم الموصل بين تركيا والعراق وبريطانيا.محاولة حسم الصراع على مسألة ضم الموصل بين تركيا والعراق وبريطانيا.
