Abstract English

Egypt's Vision 2030 focuses on improving the quality of life of the Egyptian citizen and improving the standard of living in various aspects of life, and in light of the current circumstances that the country is going through, it is difficult for government efforts alone to achieve all these goals, but rather need the support and assistance of civil society organizations with their great capabilities and resources. Therefore, the research aimed to determine the degree of knowledge of the respondents of the roles of civil society organizations in achieving the goals of sustainable development (improving the quality of life of the Egyptian citizen, justice, social integration and participation, and environmental sustainability) as well as the degree of their performance of these roles, and determine the moral differences between the respondents from the beneficiaries of civil society organizations in terms of the degree of their knowledge of these roles, and the degree of their performance, and to identify the obstacles that limit the support of civil society organizations in achieving sustainable development goals, and the research is considered one of the descriptive studies Analytical, which depends on the methodology of the Descriptive analytical approach, where a sample is selected representing the study population and Beheira Governorate has been identified as a geographical area for this study due to the presence of the largest number of civil society organizations in it, and the effectiveness of And the effectiveness of many of these organizations, which numbered 155 organizations, and from the governorate were chosen the two largest centers in terms of the number of civil society organizations, they were the centers of Damanhour, and Kafr Al-Dawar, and from each center was chosen the two largest associations in terms of the number of members, one of them in the countryside of the center, and the other in the city, they were the Radwan Charitable Association in the village of Sanhour, and the Community Development Association in the city of Damanhour, and from the center of Kafr Al-Dawar the Local Community Development Association in the village of Manshaet Bolin, and the Local Community Development Association in the city of Kafr Al-Dawar. And determined comprehensive research in all members of the General Assembly civil society organizations centers Damanhour, and Kafr Dawar of the Beheira Governorate, the number of 5247 members, and using the treatment of the fisherman sample of the study 200 respondents, were distributed equally to the two centers of the study, and from each center was chosen the two largest organizations of civil society organizations in terms of the number of members were the Radwan Charitable Association in the village of Sanhour and the Association for Community Development in the city of Damanhour and that of the center of Damanhour, and the Association for Community Development from the village of Manshaet Bolein And the Local Community Development Association in the city of Kafr Al-Dawar in the center of Kafr Al-Dawar, and the data was collected using a questionnaire form and then prepared for this purpose, sustainable and studied, and field data was collected during the months of April and May 2023. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - High knowledge of respondents about most of the activities of civil society organizations, and these activities came in the categories of high level to be carried out by civil society organizations, which confirms the importance of the roles of civil society organizations in achieving sustainable development. - There is a multiplicity and diversity of challenges that hinder the activation of the role of civil society organizations in achieving sustainable development, and these challenges concern the board of directors and employees of organizations in terms of domination of the activities of organizations for the benefit of their personal interests, or the weakness of their capabilities, including the weakness of the material capabilities of organizations in terms of funding, equipment and equipment necessary for them, and some of them concern members of society where passivity and weak participation in the activities of organizations

الملخص العربي

تركز رؤية مصر 2030 على الارتقاء بجودة حياة المواطن المصرى وتحسين مستوى ميعشته فى مختلف نواحى الحياة، وفى ظل الظروف الراهنة التى تمر بها البلاد يكون من الصعب على الجهود الحكومية وحدها تحقيق كل هذه الأهداف، بل تحتاج الى دعم ومساندة منظمات المجتمع المدنى بما تملكه من إمكانات وموارد كبيرة. ولذا استهدف البحث تحديد درجة معرفة المبحوثين بأدوار منظمات المجتمع المدنى فى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة (الارتقاء بجودة حياة المواطن المصرى، العدالة والاندماج الاجتماعى والمشاركة، والاستدامة البيئية) وكذالك درجة قيامها بهذه الأدوار، وتحديد معنوية الفروق بين المبحوثين من المستفيدين من منظمات المجتمع المدنى من حيث درجة معرفتهم بهذه الأدوار، ودرجة القيام بها، والتعرف على المعوقات التى تحد من قيام منظمات المجتمع المدنى بالمساندة فى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. ويعتبر البحث من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية والتي تعتمد على منهج الوصفى التحليلى، حيث اختيرت عينة تمثل مجتمع الدراسة وتحددت محافظة البحيرة مجالا جغرافيا لهذه الدراسة وذلك لوجود أكبر عدد من المشروعات التنموية التى تقوم بها منظمات المجتمع المدني، وفاعلية الكثير من هذه المنظمات والبالغ عددها 155 منظمة، ومن المحافظة اختير أكبر مركزين من حيث عدد منظمات المجتمع المدني فكانا مركزي دمنهور، وكفر الدوار، ومن كل مركز اختير أكبر جمعيتين من حيث عدد الأعضاء بهما إحداهما بريف المركز، والأخرى بالمدينة، فكانتا جمعية الرضوان الخيرية بقرية سنهور، وجمعية تنمية المجتمع بمدينة دمنهور، ومن مركز كفر الدوار جمعية تنمية المجتمع المحلي بقرية منشأة بولين، وجمعية تنمية المجتمع المحلي بمدينة كفر الدوار. وتحددت شاملة البحث في جميع أعضاء الجمعية العمومية من)المتعاملين والمستفيدين) بمنظمات المجتمع المدني بمركزي دمنهور، وكفر الدوار التابعين لمحافظة البحيرة والبالغ عددهم5247 عضوًا، وباستخدام معادله الصياد اختير عينة عشوائية منتظمة، بلغت عينة الدراسة 200 مبحوث، وُزعوا بالتساوي على مركزي الدراسة، ومن كل مركز اختير أكبر منظمتين من منظمات المجتمع المدني من حيث عدد الأعضاء بها، فكانت جمعية الرضوان الخيرية بقرية سنهور وجمعية تنمية المجتمع المحلي بمدينة دمنهور وذلك من مركز دمنهور، وجمعية تنمية المجتمع المحلي من قرية منشأة بولين وجمعية تنمية المجتمع المحلي بمدينة كفر الدوار بمركز كفر الدوار، جُمعت البيانات باستخدام استمارة استبيان أعدت لهذا الغرض، وجمعت البيانات الميدانية خلال شهري أبريل ومايو عام 2023. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - ارتفاع معرفة المبحوثين بمعظم أنشطة منظمات المجتمع المدني، وجاءت هذه الأنشطة في فئات المستوى المرتفع للقيام بها من جانب منظمات المجتمع المدني، الأمر الذى يؤكد أهمية أدوار منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحقيق التنميه المستدامة. - إن هناك تعددًا وتنوعًا فى التحديات التي تعوق تفعيل دور منظمات المجتمع المدنى فى تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ومن هذه التحديات ما يختص بمجلس الإدارة والعاملين بالمنظمات من حيث الهيمنة على أنشطة المنظمات لحساب مصالحهم الشخصية، أو ضعف قدراتهم، ومنها ما يختص بضعف القدرات المادية للمنظمات من حيث التمويل والتجهيزات والمعدات اللازمة لها، ومنها ما يختص بأفراد المجتمع حيث السلبية وضعف المشاركة في أنشطة المنظمات.
